I found the staff quite helpful. Wilbher and the beach premium bar team stood out. the japanese restaurant offered an amazing culinary experience. The free late check-out was great, it was a wonderful experience overall.
the air conditioning in my room could not maintain a cool temperature. it never fell below 28 degrees celsius, despite multiple requests for it to be checked.

The rooms were clean, a real plus! the beach was beautiful and well kept, a delight. the pool bars were quite nice. I enjoyed them. the gym had ample equipment, suitable for a hotel of this size with 3 treadmills and 2 stationary bikes.
the premium check-in was a bit slow! i did not quite understand the difference between premium and normal service, especially with the price difference.

Housekeeping provided daily cleaning and fresh towels. They maintained the rooms well. front desk staff provided support when needed! the entertainment team organized enjoyable activities each day.

pools were numerous and clean, a real treat. the hotel was beautifully landscaped and well kept. the grounds felt safe! with security visible, the beach had soft sand and clear water.
